You
learn a new respect for video games once you have gone through the
process of video game development. They are a remarkable way to train
one to become a better animator, and to have a better eye for simplicty
of color and line. Nothing says forced artistic growth and innovation
than having to come up with a way to paint a 16 colors character 20
pixels tall.
Below
are the titles I have been fortunate enough to work on with the game
development studio, Black Lantern. An awesome group of folks and a
hidden gem in our sleepy hamlet of Springfield, Mo. For the most part
I am contractually unable to display specific game components on my
site. However, if you want to see what I can do I would be happy to
give specific breakdowns of my work in any of the titles below or
submit a sprite test.
